BlogHer ’09, Day Two - It's Time 2 Review!

The second day of BlogHer ’09 is in full swing! The grass might look a little worn out, but the Green Works Team is anything but. After starting with 1,300 samples of our newest product—Green Works™ Natural Laundry Detergent—we are down to our final few. So if you haven’t picked yours up yet, now is definitely the time to stop by booth 217. BlogHer '09, Day One - Our Grass-Roots

The Green Works Team has returned to our backyard oasis a little fuller and with some new friends, courtesy of the Natural Networking Lunch.  It was great spending time with our guests and getting to know them better.  They asked us good questions and we enjoyed answering them.  We hope it’s just the beginning of an endless conversation!

BlogHer ’09, Day One – Natural Conversation, and a Natural Lunch

At long last, BlogHer ’09 is here! The Green Works Team is excited to be on the ground in Chicago, and has already had a full morning of activity.  We heard from co-founders Jory Des Jardins, Lisa Stone and Elisa Camahort-Page, who talked about BlogHer’s evolving community of bloggers from all walks of life. Plus, they let us in on some big news – BlogHer ’10 will be in New York City! Click here to learn more.

 

These women are incredible.  Both at the Green Works “backyard oasis” and in the exhibition hall, we’ve had the opportunity to learn about their lives, interests and passions.  We can’t wait to meet everyone here!

Consumer Study Names Green Works Top U.S. Green Brand

The EPA Recognizes The Clorox Company for Setting New Goals in Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions as Part of EPA Climate Leaders Program

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) yesterday announced that The Clorox Company is among several companies to partner with the agency’s Climate Leaders program. The partnership will focus on setting new goals to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

EPA estimates that the GHG reductions by Climate Leaders Partners will prevent more than 50 million metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalents per year, which is equal to the annual emissions of more than nine million vehicles.
